Payment:

We accept payment by Wire Transfer in USD and HKD, or credit card.

All watches will ship immediately after receipt of payment in full.

Selling to Us:

Please contact us to get a quote on your watch. Following the quote, if it is acceptable, you will send us the watch for an inspection. Assuming the item is as described, we will pay you via wire transfer for the watch, or apply the credit towards an exchange.

Authenticity:

We stand by every watch that we sell to be original and authentic, including any associated paperwork and accessories, if included.

In the event a customized or modified watch is listed on our site, we will make sure this is clear in the description of the watch.

Shipping:

We ship worldwide and insured by express guarded couriers. You are also welcomed to personally pick up your watch in Hong Kong, or appoint an agent to do so.

Book a Viewing:

Not in Hong Kong? We can offer viewings of the watch you are interested in via one of our affiliate companies worldwide. Please get in touch with us to learn more.

Returns and refunds:

In the rare event that you have any issues with the description or performance of a watch you receive from us, please notify us within 14 days of receipt of the watch. We will pursue every avenue to make this right including service, repair or return/refund if the situation requires.
